First visit of a Japanese customer

In October 2019, we received an inquiry from this Japanese customer for molybdenum products for the first time. The initial inquiry was only a small sample, and the customer was very satisfied with our sample. We have been communicating happily. In order to deepen our cooperation, this customer decided to visit our company in China at the beginning of 2020(before the outbreak).

During the client’s visit, we had a deeper communication and we learned that this Japanese client had been engaged in the relevant industry since his father’s generation and his family had more than 40 years of experience in this industry, which has a lot of influence in Japan.

Customers also visited our factory and had a deeper understanding of Combat company. This  visit deepened our friendship and strengthen our mutually beneficial and win-win cooperative relationship. We regard our customers as our friends and stand in the perspective of customers. Our customers are very satisfied with our products and services.
